Public Training


Our public training courses is popular due to its practical approach to business continuity planning. Our trainers link the theories of business continuity planning to the implementation or practical application in organizations.

We have 4 main courses which run approximately 4 times a year. Each of these courses have been designed to meet a specific audience group.



Our courses are :- 

  • BCP 100 : Introduction to Business Continuity Management – a 2 day program which gives the audience a good foundation into the principals and practices of business continuity. This is a good course of any one starting out in business continuity or wants a refresher on the latest techniques and standards. In this course we cover Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Business Resumption and Disaster Recovery.

  • BCP 200 : Designing & Developing Business Continuity Strategy – a 2 day program which focuses on risk assessment, business impact analysis and BCM framework design. Using specially developed exercises, the trainer will take the audience through the steps to conduct a risk assessment exercise, a business impact analysis and document BCM Policy and Operations Manual.

  • BCP 218 : Disaster Recovery Planning for ICT Professionals – a 2 day program which focuses on ICT disaster recovery plan development and implementation. In this course we focus on ICT solutions and current technologies that support disaster recovery action. We also show the link between business continuity management and disaster recovery . This is a very good program for IT DR Managers and planners especially before they embark on a DR project as it shares some common pitfalls to avoid and ways to save money.

  • BCP 300 : Documenting & Implementing Business Continuity Plans – a 2 day program which focuses on the documentation of the various recovery team plans, the training of these plans and the testing or validation of these plans. In this course we discuss the contents and share some examples for emergency response plans, crisis management plans, business resumption plans and disaster recovery plans. This is extremely useful for those responsible for development and maintenance of action plans.

  • Others : From time to time we conduct other related training such as crisis communication, fire aid, fire fighting techniques, etc. This is normally based on requirements from the public. You are welcome to suggest a training that would be beneficial to you.
