BCM Advisory Service – our senior consultant will be an advisor in the BCM governance structure and provide valuable advisory services as and when needed. The advisor will also act as the alternate BCM Director / Manager should the primary person be no longer available.
Coaching of BCM Manager – to provide guidance and support and mould the primary BCM manager so as he/she can quickly take on the responsibility and start to become effective for the organization.
