The role of a BCM Manager is relatively new. Often, the person appointed as the BCM Manager has no or little knowledge about business continuity and its related principals.
The practice of BCM can be quite complex and confusing and often inexperience people get sidetrack leaving the organization in a vulnerable position.
Our experienced senior consultants can provide the necessary guidance and support to the BCM Manager and help him / her handle the various issues involved in managing an enterprise wide business continuity plan.
This on-site service will be designed based on the knowledge and experience of the BCM Manager and the speed at which he/ she wants to reach the target level. The program will clearly spell the levels to be achieved and the time period these levels need to be met.
During this period, our senior consultant will support the BCM Manager should a disaster happen.
