Often the vendors agree to provide a certain level service in the event of a disaster. However the capabilities of these vendors to support these services are seldom verified.

Our consultants will engage with each of your critical vendors (based on your strategies, policies and procedures) to review documentary evidence on their capability and readiness to support your organization during a disaster.
Our consultants will consider two scenarios which the vendors have to fulfill. The first being when the organization declares a state of disaster and the second when the vendor declares a state of disaster. Both these scenario has an operational impact to the organization.
A detail audit report will be presented to top management where an overall rating will be given to vendor in relations to its readiness to support the organization. We shall also recommend improvement to reduce any serious gaps.
