Once the strategies, policies, operating procedures and action plans have been developed, the next step would be to educate the various levels of personnel on the organizations on the use and maintenance of this document. It should not be assumed that staff will read whatever is posted on the bulletin boards or internal websites.
Every staff member and contract worker who normally operates 
within the business premises must be made aware of his / her responsibility in escalating potential threats and responding to a disaster declaration, even if it means for them to stay at home.
Our consultants are able to customize training programs for each level of personnel so as the right amount of information is provided to them. Typically, we have a program for Top Management including the Crisis Management Team, the recovery team members including the support teams and the non team members including line managers not involved in the recovery effort.
