•  In February 2003, the company conducted an IT Risk Assessment and Business Impact Analysis for Optimal Chemical Malaysia Sdn Bhd. The assessment technique incorporated COBit, ITIL and BS7799 standards amongst others.
   
• Conducted first public training. Due to a growing demand for training, the company started providing basic to intermediate level courses in business continuity planning in August 2003. We were the first local company to provide such training using local expertise. In October 2003, the company conducted BCP Disaster Scenario Testing for the American International Assurance Company via workshop
   
• In November 2003, the company was appointed by Bank Industri and Teknologi to provide full Business Continuity Consultancy (including its subsidiaries Export Import Bank of Malaysia (EXIM) and Malaysia Export Credit Insurance Berhad (MECIB)
